Tegenugan Waterfall Tour

This is our revamped tour of Tegenugan waterfall. We will depart from Sanur early again around 6 am so we are out of the heat of midday cycling. From our start point we cycle north along some very quiet serviced asphalt roads until we arrive at the rice fields where we continue north. Cycling along the canals and through the rice fields. Our guides, during your rest stops will explain about Balinese culture & how the Subak irrigation system has carried water to the rice fields here for over 800 years. After this we continue north then we cycle eastward emerging close to the Butterfly Park where you can visit for some time before or after we visit Tegenugan Waterfall. With us leaving at around 06:00 and riding very conservatively we should arrive at the Falls at around 09:30 plus, minus 30 minutes.

Once we arrive at the falls you can decide to have a cool drink & breakfast is one of the café’s on top of the falls or venture down to the swimming areas under the waterfall. You can spend some hours here swimming and cooling off from your ride. After this you can either take a light lunch or a quiet drink at the top? Then we begin the cycle ride back to Sanur arriving there around 2 to 3 hours after leaving Tegenugan taking a different route back. Do not forget to include your swimmers and towel!
