MID-MORNING TOUR

Starting from our shop on Jalan Tirta Nadi 1 our local guide will lead you first to the beach path. You will cycle from here along the length of the beach to Sanur Sea turtle sanctuary. After viewing the turtles, we cycle west to Pasar Sindu (Sindu traditional market). Where they will guide you through the stalls and you can try some local fruit and delicacies if you like. We will purchase some snacks for you here as well and explain how the local Balinese shop.

Beatles bar Namely (The Cavern)

We then cycle over the bypass where we will visit the famed Beatles bar Namely (The Cavern). Here we can view the Beatles memorabilia which has been collected by the Expat owner in his lifetime and obsession with this 1960’s group. You can have a cool drink here as well if you like. We then cycle through some more small back streets & ally’s until we come to another Local market time permitting, (Pasar Intaran). From here we now venture into the green part of Sanur along some quiet roads & tracks to view the rice or watermelon fields. We emerge from these fields on Jl Batu Sari, where we cycle to Warung Belissimo where we stop for a rest and enjoy our local snacks with an included coffee, tea or fresh juice.
After our breakfast here we then cycle up to the Man Shed to view their car, bike & memorabilia museum. (Sometimes they are not open)? From here we make our way back to our shop where your tour is completed after around a 3-hour cycle tour. We then arrange to take you back to your accommodation. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy or explore the rest of Sanur. The whole tour will take approximately 3 – 4 hours and you will cover around 15 km.

Cost:

  • Adult: 390,000 Rp (Light breakfast & 1 coffee/tea included)
  • Child (under 12): 290,000 Rp Juice included
  • Infant (in seat): 190,000 Rp Juice included
  • Additional 15% fee for singles (minimum of 2 cyclists required)
