Terms and Conditions for Tour Booking

Booking Confirmation
All bookings must be confirmed with a 25% deposit or full payment as specified at the time of booking. Your reservation is not guaranteed until a deposit is received.
Payment
Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer or QRIS. Full payment will be required on the day of the tour.
Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the tour date will receive a full refund minus any transaction fees.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour date are non-refundable.
- No-shows will not be refunded.
Changes to Booking
Any changes to the booking (date, number of participants, tour type) must be requested at least 5 days before by sending an email to booking@sanurcycletours.com.
Health and Safety
Participants must be in good health and able to ride a bike safely.
Weather Conditions
Tours may be rescheduled or cancelled due to adverse weather conditions. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date.
Age Restrictions
Infants under 1 year old are not able to join the bike tours. Age categories should be specified during booking.
